Each one of these courses is worth $157 alone. In fact, I've seen other teachers charging $197 for a single 40-day meditation course. And they aren't right there doing the meditation with you each day....I will be. We'll be doing it together!
I'm offering access to all 3 of these courses for 120 days starting Jan. 1st for the discounted rate of $127 total until December 11th (extended early bird discount). After this date, the price will go back up to $157. Why am I offering you such a steep discount? To motivate you to commit and get going with the transformation you are seeking!

On Jan 1st, you will begin course 1 (or all 3 simultaneously if you are a high achiever) for the next 40 days. You will start with course 1), then proceed to course 2), and finally course 3. There is intelligent design for doing these meditations in this order. Access to these courses will end after 120 days. Why? To motivate you to actually do them each day and hold you accountable!
A) Recommended course of action:
Do the first meditation course for 40-days (Jan 1st-Feb 9th). Then switch to the second course for the next 40-days (Feb 10th-March 15th). Finally, complete with the third course for the final 40-days (March 16th-April 24th). This will bring you to 120-days of meditation and you will be blown away at the results...guaranteed! Of course, that is assuming you do the meditations each and every day without missing a single day! It's a tall order, I know. I do it everyday...for about 11 years now.

B) Advanced course of action:
Do all 3 (or 2) courses sequentially each day. All three meditations would take around 45 minutes daily. This is very advanced and you should understand that this level of daily practice requires tremendous willpower. Only do this option if you have some experience with Kundalini practice. There is such a thing as too much too fast. While there isn't a limit on how much Kundalini practice you can do each day...when starting...there is. Don't overdo it. Especially, since we are doing the negative mind pranayam first.

KEEP A DAILY MEDITATION JOURNAL - either just write down that you did it each day and/or piggy back your journal habit onto the daily meditation habit (did you read Atomic Habits?).

It doesn't matter if you have no experience. I'll teach you everything you need to know for these meditations in individual videos that will be right in your members area for each course.

Choose a path that "realistically" you can do each day (i.e. I recommend course A). For example, when I first started the 40-day practice, I knew I'd only be able to do 11-mins per day, realistically.

There are days you will ABSOLUTELY NOT WANT TO DO THE MEDITATION. This is a time when you MUST succeed because it is when a breakthrough is imminent. If you've studied Napolean Hill, he writes about how most people fail right before a big breakthrough. This translates to you "not wanting to do it" or still having to do your daily practice late at night...you gotta do it! Don't fail!

It is easier to succeed in the 40-day practice if you do it earlier in the day. This is 100% true. Your willpower is much stronger in the morning (I'm writing this in the morning b/c my willpower to do this website stuff wanes bigtime later in the day!).

Attend my Sunday (or any) Kundalini Yoga class to help you get energized and charged up. You can attend my donation-based Sunday class in-person or online...so there are no excuses! Another reason to attend a weekly Kundalini yoga class whilst simultaneously doing a 40-day meditation is because what the 40-day meditation is doing for you will show up most noticeably during your weekly yoga class practice. Hint: it has to do with cleaning out your Nadis, which you can sense better during yoga, not daily mundane activities. : )

Make sure you do the daily meditation with the video each day. I do NOT recommend doing the daily meditation on your own. I highly recommend you do each meditation each day with the video course. There are several reasons for this, but the main one is that it's my job to support you in this 40-day journey and it will be MUCH EASIER for you to succeed if you follow along with the video course!
